According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Dheergarh Palace. The identification proofs accepted include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter Card, and Passport. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
The standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
This is a couple friendly property. Unmarried/Unrelated couples are allowed to check-in. Local Ids can be presented as proof of identification. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management.
The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out from the hotel.
For any update, the customer shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the hotel.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when moving out. For guests' convenience, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.
The Management in any way or whatsoever will be responsible for any loss or damage to their belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are staying at the hotel. Visitors are only allowed in the common area at Reception.
Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited.
No Illegal Activities will be entertained on the property premises. Hotel Management will have sole rights to take strict actions against them.
The Management reserves the right to add or alter or amend any of the above terms.
